Unacceptable behavior! Be aware of using services from the company. They pushed my wife and charged extraordinary amount for simple vaccination procedure. We never asked them to provide consultation. We just wanted our dogs vaccinated based on annual vaccination requirements. There was nothing to consult. They charged 20 EUR per dog, for just looking at them and additional 10 EUR for some document that we did not need. They just pushed it without proper explanation why we had to buy it. We were using this clinic earlier and never complained but their attitude to get from us as much money as possible is just Unacceptable! So we canceled appointment for our third dog. Thankfully there are many other clinics that are more reasonable and responsible.
